A Bit About Me
I am a dedicated academic and advocate with a focus on gender equality in sports and athlete well-being. I completed my PhD at the University of Bergen, where my research explored gender dynamics in sports media, and I have published and presented my work at numerous international conferences. As an IOC Young Leader and certified Safeguarding Officer, I actively promote safer environments for female athletes. I also founded Projekt Naplno, a non-profit organization that raises awareness about REDs and eating disorders, using my own experiences to inspire and support others. Balancing my academic pursuits with my passion for advocacy, I strive to make a positive impact both within and beyond the sporting world.
